Tenancy Services is a service provided by H. SHERIFF & CO to landlords particularly, foreign investors, local investors of rented properties and landlords who are simply too busy to manage and provide for their tenants.

Under H. SHERIFF & CO Tenancy Services, we will closely monitor your tenant’s monthly rental and outgoing utility payment and take every procedural step to ensure that your interest is well protected at all times.

Our services include the following: -

1) Ensuring tenant pays the monthly rental and are credited into your account.

2) Ensuring tenant pay the monthly water and electricity bills.

3) Payment and update of monthly maintenance service charge (if applicable).

4) Liaise with the tenant on your behalf or vice-versa in regard to matters pertaining to your property such as maintenance and repairs.

5) Information – Providing you information on the marketable sale and rental of your property.

In short, our “Tenancy Services” offer you total peace of mind, only at a nominal fees.
